The Fellowship Programs: Reporting Requirements

The Foundation requires the following reports from each KTGF Fellow:

  • A mid-year report due for each funded year
  • An annual report including a financial statement and one-page evaluation from the mentor, due after the first year of funding
  • A final report, with financial statement, due after the last year of funding

The projectís mentor must review and sign a letter affirming that he or she has reviewed and approved of each report.

Reports will be reviewed by the Foundationís Advisory Board, and follow-up questions may be posed to fellows.

Please note that submission of these reports is required by your grant agreement and continued funding is contingent on their timely submission. Thank you.
